Monitoring
Monitoring describes a process in which claims established by enforceable title are tracked and handled over an extended period. The point is to keep claims in view even when the debtor is currently unable to pay. Through continuous monitoring and targeted action, it is possible to identify the moment when the debtor is once again in a position to settle their liabilities.
Our monitoring is the tracking of cases and an umbrella term for all forms of systematic recording, review and observation of collection cases by means of our innovative IT system.
Regular dialogue with the debtor is part of monitoring and paves the way for the claim to be repaid in full.
We use the findings from monitoring directly for targeted enforcement measures. Enforcement is pursued against the debtor’s movable and immovable assets.
All claims are subject to the statute of limitations pursuant to Sections 194 et seq. BGB (German Civil Code). Our monitoring system tracks the various limitation periods and, through measures that suspend the running of time, ensures that the claim is preserved or that the limitation period starts anew.
